Atlantic Credit & Finance replaced its existing dialer with the Dial Connection’s Enterprise Edition to provide a more comprehensive and a fully integrated all-in-one solution.

Atlantic Credit & Finance, Inc., a leading purchaser and manager of unsecured, consumer distressed assets, selected Dial Connection DPTS solution for installation at almost 200 collector stations. Dial Connection gives Atlantic Credit & Finance a single, integrated solution to manage all outbound calling, including Voice Broadcasting, Text to Speech processing, IVR functionality with real time payment options, and built-in call monitoring and recording. The system also includes a Microsoft SQL database, real-time reporting, and a tight integration with the agency’s existing collections software application.

With the Dial Connection implementation, the group grew from 96 stations to almost 200 stations and upgraded from an older Informix database based dialer to a superior Dial Connection’s Microsoft SQL database based contact center solution.
