insideARM.com today released the final rankings for all companies honored in its seventh annual Best Places to Work in Collections program, sponsored in 2014 by Executive Alliance.
We sincerely thank all of the ARM firms that participated in the program. They underwent a rigorous evaluation process, ensuring that the winning companies are truly succeeding in their efforts to provide a challenging, satisfying, and motivating work environment for their employees.
We would also like to thank this year’s sponsor, debt industry executive search firm Executive Alliance for making all of this possible.
After a months-long process, 35 ARM companies made the cut, with a winner in each of three categories: small, medium, and large-sized companies. It should be noted that this year featured a fairly significant shift in the sizes of the categories. Many of the companies honored were smaller in size, so we adjusted the categories accordingly.
And the winners are:
Small Companies: Eastern Revenue, Inc. – For the second year in a row, Eastern Revenue wins the top spot among smaller ARM companies. The collection agency, which focuses on education and utility/telecom debt, won the category in 2013 in its first year of participation.
Mid-sized Companies: ABC-Amega, Inc. – One of the best-known commercial collection agencies in the U.S., ABC-Amega takes the top spot in the mid-sized company category in its first year of participation.
Large Companies: Americollect, Inc. – A stalwart of the Best Places to Work in Collections program, this is Americollect’s second win in its category. It won the mid-sized company group last year. Changes to our category formula, along with company growth, moved it into the large category. The company has been honored six consecutive years, rising from the Small Company category in 2012 and from Mid-Sized this year.
