IAB Solutions LLC, a pioneer in the accounts receivable and deduction management industry announced today that it has successfully completed the rigorous Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70 (SAS 70) Type II audit process. The company engaged a leading independent audit firm to perform this extensive review. The SAS 70 Type II audit establishes that IAB employs uniform and reliable operational controls and safeguards as a host and processor of data belonging to their clients.

SAS 70 is an auditing statement issued by the Auditing Standards Board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and is widely recognized as a preferred means of assessing the internal controls of service organizations. The Type II audit includes an auditor’s opinion on whether the controls were operating effectively during the review period. IAB recently completed their audit process and successfully demonstrated that its processes and controls met the standard.
